The versatility of the Odds Filter on SSTrader makes it an invaluable tool for anyone engaged in sports betting. It provides the ability to monitor and analyze odds from different bookmakers and markets, both before and during matches. This enables bettors to spot valuable opportunities and make well-informed decisions based on real-time odds shifts.
To begin using the Odds Filter, you must first select the market that interests you. This could be either pre-match events, where odds are studied before the match commences, or live events, which focus on odds that change dynamically as the game progresses. For example, you may choose to track live events from Bet365, a popular bookmaker.
You then have the freedom to choose which odds to track. These could be Full Time odds, Asian handicap odds, Over/Under odds, among others. This selection can be narrowed down to specific aspects of the game such as the home team, away team, draw, favorite, underdog, leading team, or lagging team.
You can also choose the selection you want to follow, like the odds for the home team, away team, draw, Favorite, Underdog, Leading and Lagging team.
For instance, by tracking the Closing odds versus the Live odds, you can identify instances where Closing odds are higher than Live odds. This can indicate a significant amount of betting on a particular market, prompting bookmakers to lower the odds to mitigate their risk.
You can even specify the percentage change in odds that you're interested in. Say you want the Live odds for the favorite to be at least 10% lower than the Closing odds. The SSTrader system can monitor the markets in real-time and alert you when this criterion is met.
In addition, you can choose to compare the Closing odds to the Live odds. For example, you can select the option for Closing > Live odds, which means the Closing odds are higher than the Live odds. This can be useful for identifying situations where there is a large amount of betting on a particular market and the bookmaker is reducing the odds to limit their risk.
To further refine your search, you can set specific values or ranges for the odds. For example, you might want to track markets where Live odds are greater than or equal to 2.00, or perhaps where the odds fall within a certain range, such as being equal to or more than 2.00 but not exceeding 3.50.
In summary, the Odds Filter feature in SSTrader is a powerful tool that provides bettors with in-depth analysis and real-time monitoring capabilities. It offers the flexibility to tailor your strategy to your individual preferences, enhancing your chances of making successful bets.
